The illegal use of public rights of way and green spaces with public access by mechanically propelled vehicles

The research was commissioned by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and the Countryside Council for Wales (CCW) to investigate the illegal use of public rights of way (PRoWs) by mechanically-propelled vehicles (MPVs). Faber Maunsell Limited was contracted to undertake the research and has documented the results in case studies.
