Secretary of State's Zoo Inspectors' Performance: research findings
The aim of this research project was to furnish the Department with the information required to make a decision on whether an appraisal system is required to analyse the performance of Zoo Inspectors and, if so, what form it should take. As a part of the project, the Department required the development of a proposed appraisal scheme, which should be cost effective and lead to a more proficient inspection regime.
