CoVetLab

CoVetLab is an acronym for 'Collaborating Veterinary Laboratories'.  

Formerly known as Club 5, this European network includes five national reference veterinary laboratories, including VLA:

  • Agence Française de sécurité sanitaire des aliments (AFSSA), France.
  • Centraal Instituut voor Dierziekt Controle (CIDC-Lelystad) &
    Instituut voor Dierhouderij en Diergezondheid BV (ID-Lelystad), The Netherlands.
  • Danish Technical University (DTU-Vet), Denmark.
  • Statens Veterinärmedicinska Anstalt (SVA), Sweden.

The aim of the collaboration is to develop high quality veterinary science across Europe by sharing scientific knowledge, skills and technology.
