The Radioactive Waste Management Advisory Committee’s Response to the Draft Nuclear Sites and Radioactive Substances Bill

RWMAC was pleased to be able to respond, on 16 September 2003, to the DTI's consultation on its legislative proposals for setting up the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), including the draft Parliamentary Bill. RWMAC's response is set out in full in this report
