Stables go Online - June 2005

Horse owners in South Yorkshire can now monitor their horses 24 hours a day from around the world, thanks to a farm diversification project in Tickhill. The project was supported by £19,700 from the Rural Business Growth Programme, funded by Europe and Defra and managed by Business Link South Yorkshire. "Diversification projects are key to farmers to stay in business so we needed to be enterprising in order to keep ahead", said David Brookfield.
