Revised editions of Acts
The Natural Environment and Rural Communities (NERC) Bill makes changes to a number of Acts. In order to provide clear, readable and up to date versions of the legislation which is most affected, revised editions of Acts - as they would read if amended by the NERC Bill - are attached below.
