Seminar on Implementing a Ban on Hunting

A final public session was held by the Inquiry to discuss how a ban on hunting with dogs might be implemented. The seminar focused on legal, rather than enforcement issues. The Countryside Alliance and Deadline 2000 (The Campaign for the Protection of Hunted Animals) were asked to prepare a paper beforehand.
