WRITTEN EVIDENCE : SECOND STAGE
I am writing to invite you to submit any additional evidence which you may wish to make to the Committee of Inquiry.
The Committee is extremely grateful to those organisations and individuals who submitted written evidence to it in response to the request in my letter of 19 January.
The Committee has found the evidence very helpful. It is also being taken into account by the teams carrying out research on the Committee's behalf.
The Committee has decided not to issue a further list of questions but, instead, to invite you to submit any additional comments you may wish to make in the light of:
80 written submissions from organisations and individuals.
Format
It would be very helpful if additional evidence followed the format set out on the Annex to this note. Responses by e-mail using the pro forma on the Committee's website would be particularly welcome.
Please e-mail responses to hunting.submissions@gtnet.gov.uk. If you are responding on behalf of an organisation, please state its name in the "Subject" line of the e-mail. If you are responding on paper, please post your response to:

Publication of evidence
The Committee aims to publish on its website as many as possible of the responses it receives to this invitation. Please make clear if you do not wish your evidence to be made publicly available or if you would only be content for this to be done anonymously.
In order to assist us in placing submissions onto the website it would be helpful if all electronic submissions are sent as WORD, Rich Text or PDF formats, without Endnotes or Footnotes. If you are unable to send an electronic version then please ensure that the written submission is simply formatted and clearly printed. Please provide pictures and photos on separate pages to the text and avoid badly photocopied pages.
Timetable
I am afraid that, because of the Inquiry's timetable, I must ask that responses should reach me by no later than 7 May. If, thereafter, you have additional urgent comments - for example, on draft research reports which have been subsequently published on the website - please submit them straightaway.

Secretary to the Committee of Inquiry
