PART III

APPLICATION FOR SUCCESSION BY PERSON NOMINATED BY RETIRING TENANT UNDER SCHEDULE 2 TO THE AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS ACT 1984

Interpretation of Part III
    22. (1) In this Part of these rules "the 1984 Act" means the Agricultural Holdings Act 1984 [1984 c.41].

    (2) Expressions defined for the purposes of, or of any provision in, paragraphs 1 to 6 of Schedule 2 to the 1984 Act (notably in paragraphs 1(1) and (2) and 6 (7)) have the same meaning in this Part of these rules.
