HEARINGS

Date and place of hearings
    29. As soon as practicable the chairman shall fix a date, time and place for the hearing of an application made under this Part of these rules.

Application of principal rules relating to preparation for hearing and to hearing
    30. Rules 19, 20, 23(3) and (4), 24, 25, 26(2) and (3) and 27 of the principal rules shall apply with the necessary modifications to applications under this Part of these rules.
