The document contains details of:

• Secondary measures that have come into force or have been published up to the 1 December 2011 from the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (the Act).
• Other secondary legislation measures that have come into force as a consequence of the Act and detailed with the Act’s related provision.
• Secondary measures that are scheduled for implementation in 2012, subject to the outcomes of any relevant consultation, required clearances and Parliamentary approval.
