PVS: UK - Seed Certification - Manual applications
Applications for seed certification can still be submitted manually using the relevant forms which should be sent accompanied by a cheque, covering the required fee
(30 KB) and made payable to 'NIAB/Cert Fee Client A/C' to NIAB, Huntingdon Road, Cambridge CB3 OLE. All enquiries should be made to NIAB on 01223 342220.

CERT 2 - Crop entry notification - all species.
CERT 2A - Payment application for crop entries - all species.
CERT 3C - Crop Inspection Report for Cereals.
CERT 3H - Crop Inspection Report for Herbage Crops.
CERT 3M - Crop Inspection report for cruciferous fodder crops, oil and fibre crops, fodder beet and vegetables.
CERT 3P - Crop inspection report for field beans and field peas.
CERT 3S - Crop inspection report for Sugar Beet.
CERT 3 (SUMM) - Summary form licensed crop inspections (all species).
CERT 4 - Notification of bulking of crops.
CERT 5 - Request for sampling and testing and request to enter a seed lot.
CERT 7 - Application to lodge a seed test report and notification of early multiplication of a seed lot and payment (all seed lots with two or more sources)

CERT 8 - Application for verification of imported seed of higher voluntary standard (HVS).

CERT 9A - Labels accompanying the application form for sampling, sealing and testing of seed for export.
CERT 10 (Beet) (L) - Report on a test of beet seed.
CERT 10 (Cereal) (L) - Report on a test of cereal seed.
CERT 10 (Fodder) (L) - Report on a test of fodder seed.
CERT 10 (Oil & fibre) (L) - Report on a test of oil & fibre plant seed.
