This guide sets out
restrictions on the import of plants, plant produce, plant pests,
soil and growing medium from non-European Community (EC) countries
into Great Britain. These restrictions are laid down in EC legislation
with the aim of protecting plant health. They are implemented by
the Plant Health (England) Order 2005, which can be purchased from
