Livestock market roadshows
Defra's livestock market roadshows are underway again, starting in Ludlow, Shropshire on 6 October. The roadshows will stop at 80 livestock markets across England throughout October and November.
The livestock market roadshow gives farmers the opportunity to speak with Defra representatives who are on-hand to answer queries about new legislation and disease prevention. Aveterinary officer or Animal Health officer will be available at some markets.
Anyone can come along to ask questions on a range of issues – from Bluetongue, Bovine Tb, farming and climate change or the Nitrates Directive.
