The reappointment of Chairman of the UK Chemicals Stakeholder Forum (UKCSF)
Chris Hughes has been reappointed as Chairman of the UK Chemicals Stakeholder Forum for a further three years from 1 June 2007 until 31 May 2010.
On his reappointment Christopher Hughes said ‘I’m looking forward to continuing the Forum’s work in the new regulatory environment of REACH. The Forum can help provide a focus for stakeholder feedback on REACH, while encouraging the UK chemicals supply chain to be innovative, sustainable and competitive in this new and changing environment’.
Chris Hughes is a Solicitor and member of the Institute of Biology. He serves on the board of the legal complaints service of the Law Society, as chair of a consumer protection body and chairs tribunals.
