Marine and Coastal Access Bill
The Marine and Coastal Access Bill will ensure clean healthy, safe, productive and biologically diverse oceans and seas, by putting in place better systems for delivering sustainable development of marine and coastal environment.
The Marine and Coastal Access Bill completed its progress through the House of Lords on 8 June 2009. It was introduced to the House of Commons on 9 June and has its Second Reading on 23 June. The key documents page has links to transcripts of all Parliamentary proceedings on the Bill.
