GVS Working Groups: GVS Learning and Development Working Group

Understanding and meeting the needs for veterinary skills and expertise in government is one of the challenges of the GVS Learning and Development Working Group chaired by Fred Landeg, Acting CVO.

The group leads on information sharing for the GVS and the sharing access to learning and development opportunities.

"This group plays in important role in co-ordinating and championing GVS Learning and Development alongside other professions in government. For the first time we have produced a framework for veterinary skills and expertise which all government vets can use to support their continuing professional development needs of different departments and agencies" - Fred Landeg, Acting CVO.
