The Independent Panel on Forestry met regularly as it undertook its work.
The Panel visited woods, forests and associated communities across England in order to build a thorough picture of the vast array of interests and uses within the country’s forests and woodlands. These visits informed its Final Report.

The Panel members have now completed the ten planned visits across England and are extremely grateful for the assistance of the many individuals and organisations who have helped in arranging and hosting the visits.
