  1. Battery 81%, Free range 15%, Barn 4%.
  2. Around 95% of production passes through a total of 2,165 packing stations. At least half of total throughput is accounted for by 4 major packers.
  3. Liquid, frozen, dried whole egg, yolk or albumen, bakery products etc.
