Commission Proposal on the Review of the Control Regulation
Consultation on Commission Proposal on the Review of the Control Regulation
The Commission Proposal on the Review of the Control Regulation was adopted and published by the Commission on 14 November 2008 and there have been initial discussions by Member States at Working Group meetings. The proposal is scheduled for discussion at the June Fisheries Council with a view to implementing the final proposals in January 2010.
