Cattle: Stakeholders meeting at Tabley Hill Farm, 12 September 2007
Lambert, Leonard & May recently held a stakeholders meeting at Dale and Tom Whalley’s Tabley Hill Farm, Knutsford, which is one of the eight advocate farms for the XL Vets HHP project. There was a good turnout and varied audience in attendance including the regional NFU, NMR and pharmaceutical representatives as well as those involved in the financial aspects of the farm.
After a brief overview of the farm and the role of Herd Health Planning, everyone embarked on an interactive farm walk discussing the day-to-day running of the farm. There was very positive feedback from everyone who attended and all involved look forward to the next meeting to be held in November.
