Events across the East of England
The following events are being organised across the East of England
Nutrient Management Workshop on Friday 30th March at Processors and Growers Research Organisation, Great North Road, Thornhaugh, Peterborough, PE8 6HJ.
The workshops will take place between 10.30am – 12.30pm & 2pm – 4pm. Please state when booking which session you would prefer to attend.
The workshop will be led by regional adviser Dr Bob Bulmer, and will cover a range of nutrient management topics. Key areas covered will be soil analysis, the accuracy of N sampling (based on HGCA guidance), nutrient planning and Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (NVZ). In addition, the workshop will look at nutrient uptake, soil conditions and reacting to/adjusting nutrient applications in drought conditions.
BASIS and NRoSO CPD points are available for attendees. Places are limited so please book now to avoid disappointment.
