Focus: Agricultural Waste Regulations The Waste Management (England and Wales) Regulations 2006 (known as the Agricultural Waste Regulations) apply to agricultural waste from 15 May 2006. See the Agricultural Waste section for details on what the regulations mean to farmers and land managers.
