Management Committee (MANCOM)
Introduction
The Cereals Management Committee is a meeting of Member States whose responsibility it is to give an opinion on proposals made by the Commission for the management of the cereals and rice markets.
It meets on most Thursdays throughout the year and follows normal Management Committee procedures. It is concerned with taking decisions affecting the production, marketing and trading of the commodities across the EU. This includes the setting of export refunds for main grains and processed products, and taking regulatory decisions in respect of all aspects of the cereals and rice regimes.

The European Commission now make available, on a public area of their website, the results of decisions taken at Management Committee at 6:00pm (UK time) every Thursday following a meeting. Documents on quotas, import duties etc can be accessed as follows:
