Technology Research and Innovation Fund
The Technology Research & Innovation Fund (TRIF) has allocated around £2m to address the current lack of funding for R&D projects into innovative new technologies which will help to meet England's obligations to reduce the amount of BMW going into landfill.
The funding was allocated in October 2004, with the results expected in 2006.
