Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP) - Aggregates Programme

Promoting greater use of recycled and secondary aggregates through:

  • adding to the supply of quality products to the market
  • raising awareness and end-user confidence
  • research into barriers to aggregates recycling
  • evaluation of potential for replacement of aggregates with non-aggregates
  • support for industry standards for aggregates recycling

English Heritage

The core objective of the English Heritage scheme is to reduce the impact on the historic environment of aggregate extraction, both terrestrial and marine.
