4.1 There is little market potential for a stand-alone standard and/or award to catalyse education about sustainable development
4.2 Language is a problem that has yet to be fully, or properly, resolved
4.3 There is potential to include sustainability and learning/communication criteria within other established initiatives
4.4 Conditions to help stimulate learning in the short to medium term need to be created/facilitated
4.5 The Panel can do more to exploit its own position, and levers at its disposal, to contribute to the creation of a more receptive marketplace

5.1 Shine a light on what already exists
5.2 Champion the development of a shared knowledge base
5.3 Identify and proactively target intermediaries/organisations who have a clear route to market (as educators/influencers)
5.4 Work with those who measure business performance and impact on business value
5.5 Re-visit the outcomes from the language study (and other work commissioned by the Panel) and consider how these could be used to encourage organisations to engage with sustainable development
