Example of past questionnaire
Prior to 2004/05 the survey was conducted by local authorities completing responses to questionnaires. An example is provided below.
The request for information for the 2003/04 Municipal Waste Management Survey was issued on 25 June 2004 with an electronic mail-out to all local authorities in England, except those in Greater London. Included in the electronic mail-out was a questionnaire in Microsoft Excel format. This form was for the local authority to complete and return by e-mail to consultants Entec UK Ltd. Entec then uploaded the data into a database for validation and analysis.
Most browsers will respond to right click and selecting 'Save Target as...' to download the file.
