Steering Group Terms of Reference
To guide the review team on the conduct of the financial, management and policy review of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution, and in particular:

a. to advise the review team on the areas to be addressed, issues to be considered and consultations to be carried out;

b. to consider an interim report from the review team, and advise on priorities and on any further work needed;

c. to approve the review team's final report.
