Radioactivity - emergencies

An emergency can be defined as a sudden unforeseen crisis (usually involving danger) that requires immediate action.

The Government aims to reduce the risk from emergencies so that people can go about their business freely and with confidence.

Should an emergency occur, then the Government aims to have appropriate remediation actions in place.
