Old and closed PPC consultations
Most PPC-related consultation papers are removed from the Defra website 12 months after they are published. The following closed consultations have been temporarily retained for a longer period. This is because the issues they addressed are still live or in their implementation phase. Therefore, although the consultations are closed and their responses have been considered, the papers provide information and explanation which may, for a limited time, continue to be relevant to regulators, operators and the public.
