Provision of a Project Management Service for noise mapping England. It is envisaged that the appointed project manager will organise the work, including the letting of sub-contracts to a substantial number of acoustic consultants who will produce the required maps, through working in conjunction with local authorities and others.

The following information must be forwarded with the application (unless the applicant has recently supplied the information) if the applicant is to be considered as a potential tenderer:

1) Economic and Financial Standing

  • Statements of overall turnover and turnover in respect of the specific services offered in connection with the proposed contract for the previous three financial years;

  • last published annual report and accounts, or, where not available, equivalent information required under the law of the member State where the organisation is established;

  • company registration number and add ress; VAT Registration number; details of parent company, and other group companies if applicable;

2) Ability and Technical Capacity

  • track record of similar commissions and or other major project management contracts in terms of approach, technical ability and performance to quality, time and cost constraints. Details of the principle services provided in the last three years in connection with project management stating the sums, dates and clients. Any other experience considered relevant which also demonstrates technical capacity;

  • professional resources and support facilities available;

  • adoption of quality management system.

3) Legal Compliance

  • evidence that none of the criteria for rejection of service providers set out in Regulation 14 of The Public Services Contracts Regulations apply: Article 29 of 92/50 EEC (the Services Directive) including, but not limited to, environmental aspects.
