The Yearbook (PDF 2.33MB) highlights a range of marine fisheries science projects to illustrate the work Defra funded from April 2008 to March 2009. We fund the following types of marine fisheries science:
- Fish stock monitoring and assessments;
- Sustainable marine fisheries research;
- The Fisheries Science Partnership; and
- The Fisheries Challenge Fund.
