Synopsis

This report assesses the impact of new EU Regulations on traceability and labelling of GM food and feed, as well as on food and feed ingredients, that are derived from four major bulk commodities: soybeans, maize, rapeseed and sugar beet. It focuses on the new regulations in the context of the current global situation regarding the use of GMOs in the agricultural commodity market.
