Deliberate Release of Genetically Modified Organisms - A Guide
This draft Guidance Note contains practical guidance on legislation controlling the deliberate release of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in England. It has been posted on the website to reflect the coming into force of the GMO (Deliberate Release) (England) Regulations 2002. The Guidance Note cannot be finalised until the recently published EU guidance on environmental risk assessments, summary notification formats and post market monitoring has been incorporated. This Guidance Note can therefore be used until the final version has been published.
