Application formats for Deliberate Release of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)

To apply for a consent for the Deliberate Release of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), it is necessary to submit a written application to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) by using one of the following formats:

Format 1: Release of genetically modified higher plants
Format 2: Release of genetically modified organisms other than higher plants
Format 3: Marketing of genetically modified higher plants
Format 4: Marketing of genetically modified organisms other than higher plants
