Action in the UK - Energy and climate change
The ability of the UK to cut down on carbon dioxide is very closely linked to how we produce our energy. With the introduction of the Climate Change Bill and carbon budgets, we now have a framework to work within as we move towards more low carbon energy. BERR lead on the Government’s central energy policy, with Defra leading on energy efficiency.
