Updated Energy Projections (UEP)
Defra based the allocations in the Phase II National Allocation Plan (NAP) on emissions projections provided by the Department for Trade and Industry (DTI), now Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR).
BERR and Defra comissioned consultants to carry out work which has informed our decisions on growth rates to use in the UEP, the review of climate change agreement targets and the NAP.
