Air Quality Expert Group report - Trends in primary nitrogen dioxide in the UK
This is the fourth report of the Air Quality Expert Group (AQEG).
The reports examines why, despite significant falls in urban areas over recent years of the annual mean concentrations of nitrogen oxide air pollutants (NOx), the roadside concentrations of NO2, a component of NOx, have not declined as expected. It assesses monitored emissions data and modelling studies to determine the extent of the trend and investigate possible explanations for it
