Rachel Purchase is an accredited counsellor working with Relate and with young people with mental health issues in the Peak District. She is also a part-time lecturer for Relate.She is a former Audit Commission Local Government Inspector and Performance Specialist and also has experience as a business adviser, local government officer in economic development and tourism and as a management consultant. She lives in the Peak District and is married with one daughter.
