Information Asset Register
Our Information Asset Register lists information held by Defra, and is available for re-use under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005. This includes both published and unpublished information produced or held by Defra.
Defra’s information is subject to Crown copyright, which is administered by the Office of Public Sector Information. Material listed in Defra’s IAR is Crown copyright unless stated otherwise. Information may be re-used (excluding logos) free of charge in any format or medium, for the purposes of research for non-commercial purposes, private study, criticism, review and news reporting. It must be re-used accurately and not in a misleading context. The material must also be acknowledged as Crown copyright. However, if you wish to re-use all or part of this information for commercial purposes, including publishing, you will need to apply for a licence by contacting licensing@opsi.gov.uk.
