13 May 2009 – We have published a new list of summaries of ICO and Information Tribunal cases that are of interest for the definition of environmental information, the use of exceptions and the public interest test.
9 April 2009 - We have published guidance (PDF 119 KB) on how the ICO’s model publication scheme can be used to list the environmental information that public authorities hold.
