Information you supply to us
This page is for people who provide information to Defra, including businesses that provide services and hold contracts with Defra.
If a request for information is received by Defra for information that you have supplied to us, the decision to either withhold or release the information rests with Defra – not you, as the supplier of the information.
We will however, where practical, consult with you to take careful account of any additional information supplied, before reaching a decision on whether to disclosure the information. This will enable you to highlight any harm which might arise from disclosure.
