Consultation on the proposed Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy (England) Regulations 2009
Defra is inviting comments on the proposed Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (England) Regulations 2009.
The proposed new Regulations would update and replace the existing Transmissible Spongiform (England) Encephalopathies Regulations 2008 (as amended), which would be revoked. They include amendments that have been made in response to new European legislation, technical changes and reviews of procedure.
You may comment on any aspect of the proposals.
The closing date for responses to this consultation is 2 December 2009.
