Consultation on the scope of the proposed 6-year review of Process Guidance Notes for Part B Installations
Process guidance notes, which set out the Government's view on what constitutes the Best Available Techniques to minimise air emissions from Part B installations, are reviewed periodically to ensure that they remain relevant and up-to-date. This consultation seeks views on how the next review should be conducted and what it should cover. It is proposed to undertake the review of all 80 process guidance notes between 2009 and 2011.
