Consultation on the transposition of Council Directive 2006/117/Euratom
The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on draft Regulations intended to implement Council Directive 2006/117/Euratom on the supervision and control of shipments of radioactive waste and spent fuel ('the Shipments Directive')
Responses to the consultation should be received no later than Monday, 19 May 2008.
