Consultation on the draft Mutilations (Permitted Procedures) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

This consultation closed on 7 February 2008.

The purpose of this consultation is to ask whether the Mutilations (Permitted Procedures) (England) Regulations 2007 should be amended. We are proposing to add certain procedures to the list of permitted procedures in the Regulations.
