The English inshore fleet - looking to the future. This consultation paper invited views on the detail of the proposals in Mr Shaw's letter of February 2008. This letter, sent to all licensed fishermen, proposed measures for tackling the current difficulties in the English under 10 metre fleet.
A package of measures for the English inshore fleet was formally announced on 9 December 2008.
