Consultation on the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Conservation Board) (Amendment) Order
This consultation proposes an amendment to the Establishment Orders of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Conservation Boards.
The proposed amendment is to allow both of the existing AONB Conservation Boards to reverse the effect of the Financial Reporting Standard 17 (FRS 17) adjustment to the pension fund in the same way as local authorities are permitted to do when compiling the Annual Statement of Accounts.
The proposed amendment would come into force at the end of June 2009. You are invited to comment by 15.00 20 April 2009.
