The Official Veterinarian Reform Programme (OVRP) is seeking to improve the relationship that exists between Animal Health and Official Veterinarians (OVs) by exploring the introduction of a new agreement between the two parties.

The programme aims to work closely with the veterinary profession to identify improvements which will offer mutual benefits and to identify the business standards that will be included in a future overarching framework agreement between private practices and Animal Health. OV practices which demonstrate that they meet these requirements will gain from the benefits that the programme is seeking to define.
